Make it official! All bookings are secured with a contract and retainer.
Once we have confirmed availability with you and would like to proceed, a proposal will be drafted for you to review. In this proposal, you will be able to view booking details, policies, an estimated total for services based on you and your wedding party needs and payment plans leading up to the big day!
4-5 months before the wedding day, we will reach out to you to schedule your preview appointment! Preview appointments are hosted at our studio in Brentwood, TN
4 weeks before the big day, we will be in touch to confirm details. You will receive a complimentary done for you day of schedule to keep us all on time!

We have a beautiful + cozy studio located in Cool Springs, inside LUX Salon Suites (1648 Westgate Circle, Brentwood, TN.) We are right off the highway, and we have plenty of parking. If you are out of state/longer distance away, we can use your rehearsal dinner as your preview! I allot 2 hours for hair and makeup previews and 90 mins for hair or makeup only previews.
WHERE will my Bridal Preview take place and how long will it last?
Yes! Airbrush makeup is included in all packages for you and your ladies, and it's available for anyone who wishes to have it. Additionally, you have the option to add airbrush makeup to any individual makeup application that's not included in a package.
Do you offer airbrush?
On Saturdays during the months of April- June and September-November), we require a $1200 minimum for wedding services booked. (This does not apply to special events.) If the total of services is less than the minimum requirement, the same amount will still be charged as the total due for services. The total is determined by the services booked only, as the minimum requirement cannot be met by the travel fee or any other fee.
Do you have a minimum?
You can always add on additional services but you cannot remove. If you are unsure about a guest just exclude them from your contract and you can add them on later!
Can I make changes to my booking after i reserve by date?
For weddings, final payment is due three weeks before the wedding date. We will send an invoice via email, and payment must be paid via online. We accept all major credit cards. The person(s) who signed the contract are responsible for the entire balance of payment.
For on-location or studio hair and makeup (all other events), a deposit is due at the time of booking. Final payment is due at time of service.
When Should i pay?
Yes! On your wedding day, we provide on-location services only. Anything up to 30 miles round trip from our studio is included. If your venue is outside 30 round trip miles, a .75 cents/mile surcharge will be added to your final total per artist.
If services need to start before 7:00 am a $90 fee applies to each stylist needed.
DO YOU TRAVEL?
To secure your date, a retainer + a signed contract is required. Your wedding date will not be held until these two items are received. The retainer is nonrefundable, and will be deducted from your final total. The retainer is $300.

Can I book a Preview first before securing my date?
Since trials do not hold dates, they are reserved for those who have booked! If you have specific questions or concerns, I’m always happy to just on a quick call!
